We at P. Henkel have developed new models particularly for situations with heavy rainfall. A larger overflow significantly improves absorption and release of water volumes.

All of our TopDrain A4, TopDrain C3, TopDrain B1, and TopDrain D1 products are equipped with a significantly larger overflow, which permits them to hold larger volumes of water. This was confirmed in a series of scientific tests in cooperation with a renowned university.

New slotted buckets for road runoff especially for heavy rainfall events

Cities and settlements are particularly affected by heavy rainfall events since the surfaces there are predominantly sealed. Conventional drainage systems are no longer able to discharge the considerable quantities of water during heavy rainfall. P. Henkel GmbH has developed the TOPDRAIN series with four new slotted buckets for such cases. The slotted buckets have a much larger overflow, enabling them to collect larger quantities of water much more quickly. This has been confirmed by a series of scientific tests performed in cooperation with the University of Wuppertal. The new TOPDRAIN A4 and B1 slotted buckets have an 80% larger overflow than the conventional standard models. The overflow of the TOPDRAIN D1 and C3 models is even 125% larger. All models are manufactured similarly to DIN 4052.
